Terms of Service

These are the terms for buying from Fountain Brew, operated by BH Innovations Inc., 717 Ave X, Brooklyn, NY 11235 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. We've kept them short and honest.

The product

We sell cold brew coffee concentrate in 32 oz bottles. It's a concentrate — dilute it (we suggest 1:1 over ice). Keep it refrigerated and enjoy it within the window printed on the bottle. One bottle makes roughly 16 drinks depending on how you pour.

Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
• Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout.

Subscriptions

• A subscription bills and ships on the schedule you pick — weekly, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks — at the discounted price shown when you subscribe.
• You can skip, pause, change, or cancel anytime at manage my subscription. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund an order that already shipped (but see refunds below — if that order wasn't right, we'll fix it).

Delivery

We hand-deliver around Brooklyn, NY and ship cold elsewhere in the US. We pack cold the day the order goes out and typically ship within 2 days. If a delivery goes wrong — lost, late enough to matter, or arrives damaged or warm — tell us and we'll replace it or refund it.

Delivery is included in the price: there is no shipping charge on any order, one-time or subscription, anywhere in the US. The total you'll be charged is always shown before you pay.

Refunds

If your order isn't right, reply to your receipt email or call (718) 644-7882 and we'll make it right: replacement or refund, your choice. Refunds return to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days once processed.

The ordinary legal bits

• Don't misuse the site (no scraping, no interfering with checkout, no fraudulent orders).
• The site and its content are ours; don't reuse them commercially without asking.
• We're liable for the price of what you bought, not indirect or consequential damages, to the extent New York law allows. Nothing here limits rights the law doesn't let us limit.
• These terms are governed by New York law. If we update them, the date above changes and the new version applies to new orders.
